First introduced in 1956, it was the first wristwatch to display both the date and the day of the week in full on its dial, an innovation at the time. The day can be spelled in 26 different languages making it very international and personal.

The Day-Date is crafted exclusively in precious metals, such as 18k gold (yellow, white, or rose) and platinum, which adds to its luxury status.

The watch is often fitted with the distinctive "President" bracelet, designed specifically for this model, which enhances its elegant and powerful look.

Over the years, the Rolex Day-Date has been worn by numerous world leaders, presidents, and influential figures, solidifying its association with power, success, and prestige. Because of this, the model is often nicknamed "The President's Watch."

The model we have here has a diameter of 36 mm, and is made of Everose gold, which is Rolex's exclusive pink gold alloy. A unique recipe that allows it to keep its pink hue over time. The dial is rare but above all unique because it is cut from a stone called eisenkiesel, which is an iron-oxide, delicately veined quartz. In addition, it is set with diamonds, giving it a delicate shine.
